Food For Thought: Motivation

I look back at some pictures of myself and I notice how different I look now. I keep saying over and over, I gotta hit the gym, I gotta change my diet, I gotta do this, gotta do that, but in the end, nothing happens. Does that every happen to anyone here? You formulate all these ideas, get a plan going and the will to start, and then when it comes time to do it, all the willpower and motivation just disappears. I really do want to get back into shape and live a healthier lifestyle, and I know the only person who can do it for myself is me. What do you do when you’re face with something like this. Make a schedule, set reminders, have someone motivate you? For me I think if I can find someone to do it with me it’ll be easier for me to stick with it, since I don’t want to disappoint the other person. That pressure would be my motivating factor lol. Let me know what works for you guys, maybe I’ll be able to adopt a technique 🙂
